Clinical care
that meets you
where you are.
A team of 17 licensed counselors across Fayetteville, Bentonville, and North Little Rock, led by Dr. Kristy Burton, PhD. Evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, families, trauma survivors, and court-referred clients.
Burton, PhD
Twenty years on one side of the system. Two decades learning the other.
Before she was a counselor, Dr. Kristy Burton was a law enforcement officer and instructor. She spent nearly two decades with Arkansas Community Corrections and U.S. Probation & Pretrial Services, working with people at their lowest, most difficult, and most dangerous moments. She saw what accountability without treatment looked like. She saw what treatment without accountability looked like. And she set out to build something that held both.
She earned her master's in community counseling from John Brown University in 2013, completed her PhD in counselor education and supervision at the University of the Cumberlands in 2023, and now runs a three-office clinical practice serving Arkansas and Missouri. All while serving as President of the Arkansas Addiction Professionals Association, President-Elect of the Arkansas Counseling Association, and a board member of the Arkansas Substance Abuse Certification Board.
"I believe healing happens when people are met with honesty, structure, and the kind of compassion that doesn't flinch. Every person on our team knows that."Read Dr. Burton's full story
