Arkansas Counseling & Wellness Services is committed to making our services accessible to all clients, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our current accessibility practices and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier.
Website accessibility
We aim for our website to meet or approach Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This includes:
- Semantic HTML structure and logical heading hierarchy
- Alternative text for informational images
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background
- Keyboard navigability for all interactive elements
- Responsive layouts that work across devices and screen sizes
- Reduced-motion support for users with vestibular sensitivity
Physical offices
Our offices are ADA accessible. If you need specific accommodations for your visit (wheelchair access, hearing accommodations, translation services), please let our scheduling team know in advance so we can prepare.
Language access
We offer bilingual (English and Spanish) counseling with Estefani Gonzalez, LPC, at our Bentonville location. Our website is also available in Spanish at arcounselingandwellness.com/es.
