Most people do not come to therapy because of one thing. They come because many things have stacked up at once, a work crisis, a relationship that feels more distant than it used to, a loss that has not settled, a pattern they cannot seem to break. What makes us different
Our counselors are trained in multiple evidence-based modalities (EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, EFT, Motivational Interviewing) so we can match the approach to your situation, not force you into a one-size approach. Our leadership team has deep roots in Arkansas, our founder Dr. Kristy Burton spent nearly two decades in law enforcement before becoming a counselor, which gives us a different lens on human change than you will find at most practices.
