1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using arcounselingandwellness.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Arkansas Counseling and Wellness Services (also operating as Central Arkansas Group Counseling, PLLC), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Site Use

The Site provides general information about our practice, clinicians, services, and locations. The Site is for informational purposes only. The Site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in a mental health emergency, dial 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or 911. Use of the Site does not establish a clinician-client relationship.

3. Forms and Communication

Any contact form on this Site is for general inquiry only. Do not include protected health information (PHI). All clinical communication must occur through the patient portal at therapyportal.com/p/cagc72116. We are not responsible for unsolicited PHI sent through public channels.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Arkansas Counseling and Wellness Services or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites including the patient portal (TherapyPortal), professional association directories, and licensing boards. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content beyond our reasonable efforts to maintain it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Arkansas law, Arkansas Counseling and Wellness Services and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for clinical malpractice, which is governed separately by Arkansas professional licensing rules and the standard informed-consent documents executed at intake.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arkansas Counseling and Wellness Services from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law in connection with your use of the Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
