The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) protects your health information. We cannot receive or transmit protected health information (session details, clinical notes, medication questions) over non-secure email. For anything clinical, please call 501-464-2926 or use our secure patient portal. For scheduling or general administrative questions, email is fine.
In a crisis?
If you or someone you care about is in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health crises, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), available 24/7. Our office is not a crisis service and cannot respond to emergencies after hours.
