I truly love the change process. There is no greater privilege than being trusted to come alongside someone in their struggles and see them through change. Change is hard work, and there is little more gratifying than being able to cheer someone on as they discover just how capable they are. I typically approach therapy from a solution-focused lens, building upon strengths, while being empathetic and providing person-centered care.
I graduated with my master's in clinical mental health counseling from John Brown University in December of 2018 and have been a licensed counselor since February of 2019. Since becoming a counselor I have served a diverse range of clients, from the really young to the well-seasoned, and have aided those struggling with daily life stressors as well as those managing life with serious mental illness. I have a special interest in women's health but enjoy working with individuals seeking help in any area of life.
