My treatment philosophy is to walk beside the client while providing mental health services to adolescents and adults so each individual can achieve his or her goals.
I was born and raised on a small farm in Montana. I relocated to Florida and raised my family before moving to Arkansas. I enjoy spending time with my family and attending rodeos.
My passion is assisting people to achieve their individual goals and live a happy, healthy lifestyle. I have worked with all age groups, finding my passion with adolescents and adults. My therapeutic approach is Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and person-centered therapy. I am also certified in suicide intervention. I use EMDR for trauma therapy and am available for telehealth (online counseling) services. I have experience working at an agency where I provided services to individuals from the age of 6 to 68, including assessment and diagnosis, and individual, family, and group therapy.
