Who says therapy has to be dull? As a therapist, I am dedicated to fostering a lively and inviting atmosphere for all my clients. My experience spans diverse age groups — children, teens, adults and foster care youth — across residential, inpatient and outpatient settings.
Person-centered approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, elements of play therapy, role playing, empty chair and solution-focused methods are at the core of my therapeutic work. My expertise extends to anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, depression and trauma-related concerns.
I am proficient in two evidence-based trauma interventions: Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
