With experience working with children and adolescents, I understand the importance of creating a compassionate and accepting space that fosters hope and healing. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and I’ve had the privilege of working with children and adolescents providing school-based mental health services within central Arkansas. I am passionate about creating a safe environment where clients feel seen and heard, which I believe is the cornerstone for effective therapy. I have experience working with issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, anger depression and trauma-related issues. I believe in tailoring my approach to each unique individual. Drawing from evidence-based techniques, I integrate person-centered, cognitive behavioral, experiential and elements of play therapy techniques to meet your child where they are at. I provide in-person appointments, as well as telehealth options.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two dogs, Winnie and Jean, road trips out West, and finding a good cup of coffee.
