My treatment philosophy is to walk beside the client while providing mental health services to adolescents and adults so each individual can achieve his/her goals.

I was born and raised on a small farm in Montana. I relocated to Florida and raised my family before moving to Arkansas. I enjoy spending time with my family and attending rodeos.

My passion is assisting people to achieve their individual goal and live a happy healthy lifestyle. I have worked with all age groups finding my passion with adolescents and adults. My therapeutic approach is Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy. I am also certified in suicide intervention. I use EMDR for trauma therapy and am available for telehealth (online counseling) services. I have experience working at an agency where I provided services to individuals from the age of 6 to 68. I have experience in assessment and diagnosis, individual, family, and group therapy.
