As a dedicated therapist with a passion for empowering individuals and couples, I am skilled in addressing a wide range of issues to facilitate growth and healing. With warmth and empathy, I am committed to guiding my clients (that’s you!) through unique challenges toward a path of resilience and fulfillment. I utilize evidence-based models such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy, and I tailor my approach to meet your needs. My practice is rooted in the belief that there is power in telling our stories, and that each person embodies the capacity for growth.
I completed my undergraduate degree in communications at Central Washington University (go Wildcats!) in 2015 and obtained my Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling with an emphasis in sexology from Bellevue University in 2023. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and I am level 1 certified by the Family Peace Initiative; I am additionally certified as an integrative sex and couples therapist. I primarily work out of my office in Conway, Arkansas, and specialize in depression, anxiety, personality disorders, anger management, and sex therapy– whether that’s navigating intimacy, exploring sexual preferences, or working through sexual expression and identity. As someone who lives and experiences life day-to-day with a chronic illness, I also have a passion for those overcoming similar challenges in their own journey.
I am inclusive and welcoming to all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. I strive to create a safe space where you’ll feel heard, respected, and empowered to be yourself and explore what leads you to a sense of restoration and peace.
Arianna sees adults and couples virtually and in our Conway office.
