I’m a proud native Arkansan who truly loves all things Arkansas—from the people to the natural beauty that surrounds us. I grew up on a farm and was raised around the rodeo life, which gave me a deep appreciation for hard work, community, and the outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, fishing, or just spending time in nature, being outside in the Natural State is one of my favorite ways to recharge and stay grounded.
Since completing my master’s studies in 2015, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of counseling and therapy settings. My experience includes assessment and diagnosis, individual and group therapy, and school counseling. I’ve been fortunate to work with clients of all ages, and my goal in every setting has remained the same: to provide effective, compassionate mental health care that supports people in living their healthiest, happiest lives. I believe in meeting clients where they are and walking with them toward healing, growth, and renewed hope.
I’ve completed Phase 1 of Brainspotting training and am excited to offer this powerful and innovative technique to my clients. Brainspotting is a focused treatment method that can be especially effective for processing trauma, as well as addressing issues like depression, anxiety, OCD, and more. It works by helping clients access and release deeply stored emotional and physical pain, often leading to meaningful breakthroughs and healing. I’m grateful to have this tool in my therapeutic toolbox and look forward to using it to support clients on their path to wellness.
Whether you’re navigating a mental health diagnosis or simply going through a tough season and need some extra support, I’m here for you. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across all age groups in a variety of clinical settings, and helping people is truly my passion.

To best support my clients, I draw from several counseling approaches, including Adlerian therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy. I also incorporate Brainspotting techniques into sessions when it’s a good fit, offering another path for deeper healing and insight.

At Arkansas Counseling and Wellness Services, I provide individual, family, and group therapy, and I’m committed to walking alongside you with care and encouragement. If you’d like to learn more or schedule an appointment, give our team a call—we’d love to connect with you.
