North Little Rock Office

Our North Little Rock office is our central Arkansas hub and the home of our court approved class programs. The office serves clients from Little Rock, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Maumelle, Conway, and the broader Pulaski County area. Parking is available on site. The office is wheelchair accessible.

Services available here: anger management classes, DVIP, theft prevention, substance abuse group, individual therapy, couples and family therapy, and clinical supervision. Registration for groups is open Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to noon. Call 501-464-2926 for scheduling.

Bentonville Office

Our Bentonville office serves Northwest Arkansas including Bentonville, Rogers, Bella Vista, Centerton, Cave Springs, and the broader Benton County area. Parking is on site. The office is wheelchair accessible.

Services available here: individual therapy, couples and family therapy, EMDR, trauma therapy, DVIP, anger management, and substance abuse group. We accept most major insurance including Medicaid. Same week scheduling is often available for new clients. Call 501-464-2926 for scheduling.

Fayetteville Office

Our Fayetteville office is the home base of Dr. Kristy Burton, our owner and Director, and serves Washington County including Fayetteville, Springdale, Farmington, and Prairie Grove. The office handles individual therapy and our DOT SAP evaluations. Same or next day SAP evaluations are typically available.

Services available here: individual therapy, EMDR, trauma therapy, clinical supervision, DOT SAP evaluations, motivational interviewing coaching, and EFT supervision. Burton holds PhD, LPC-S, AADC, MAC, CS, SAP, and NCC credentials.

Telehealth across Arkansas and Missouri

If none of our offices are convenient, telehealth is available across the entire state of Arkansas and across Missouri. Telehealth works for individual therapy, couples and family therapy, EMDR, clinical supervision, and DOT SAP evaluations. Your first session must be in person at one of our offices to establish the treatment plan, after which subsequent sessions can be virtual.

Our telehealth platform is HIPAA compliant. You need a reliable internet connection, a private space, and a device with camera and microphone. Most major insurance plans cover telehealth visits at the same rate as in person visits.

Which location is closest to me?

If you are in Pulaski County or central Arkansas, North Little Rock. Northwest Arkansas, Bentonville. Washington County or DOT SAP needs, Fayetteville. Outside these areas, telehealth.

Can I switch locations between sessions?

Yes for individual therapy. Court approved group programs typically run cohort style at one location. Talk to your clinician about cross location flexibility.

Do you have plans for additional locations?

We continue to evaluate underserved areas of Arkansas. If you are in a community without easy access to mental health services and would value a future location there, let us know.
