Traci Hesley, MS, LPC, CSAYC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Psychology Today Logo
With her education and years of personal experience, Traci creates a safe space for helping her clients navigate their lives and learn more about themselves and others around them. She wants all of her clients to have a voice and know how to set healthy boundaries in order to have and maintain a happier life. She works from an approach that allows for harmony of our inner beings and the ability to look through the lens of ‘does this get me closer or further away from my goals?’
Traci enjoys holding a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore all of their parts, evident and sometimes not so evident.  She is passionate about helping people build a greater level of awareness into who they are and what their needs are in order to live happier and more peace filled lives. Traci takes a “slower is faster” approach when possible and conducts therapy sessions with an “all parts are welcome” perspective.
She enjoys working with adults, particularly women and those suffering from narcissistic abuse, and adolescents ages 12-17 along with their families. She has specific experience in working with adolescents with sexually maladaptive behaviors including sexual offenders and those with risk taking behaviors and their families.
I offer in-person appointments and telehealth options. For more information, feel free to reach out to me via email at Traci@arcounselingandwellness.com.
