Are you a new or expectant parent feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, birth-related trauma, or grief from loss? I understand how challenging this journey can be. My goal is to provide you with compassionate support to help you navigate these emotions and build resilience. Certified in perinatal mental health, infant mental health, and trained to work with children of all ages, we’ll work to foster your mental well-being and enhance your connection with your child. You deserve a space where you feel validated and empowered, equipped to embrace this new chapter in your life with confidence.

My expertise as a birth and postpartum doula contributes to a unique skill set as I not only understand the physiological processes of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, but I also blend my experience of being present at births and providing tangible support to postpartum families with my clinical skills as a therapist.

Additional expertise includes supporting those who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss. I integrate person-centered, trauma-sensitive, and attachment-based approaches to help clients navigate grief, trauma, and obstructive narratives and live presently in the here and now.
