Feeling deeply broken or disappointed? Maybe you’ve been working hard to change your behaviors, but end up feeling guilty and discouraged by the lack of progress?
I offer a gentle—but engaged—approach. I will help you therapeutically explore current and past challenges, identifying harmful beliefs about yourself and the world that hold you back.
Together, we’ll find those unrecognized barriers, explore how you got there, and what change looks like. I don’t want to fix your problem. I want to help build your confidence in fixing your problem, so you can find healing through self-empowerment.
I have, and continue to gain, education surrounding trauma and PTSD, as well as experience deconstructing both religious and childhood trauma. These types of complex trauma often leave us feeling misaligned—questioning who we can trust, what we believe, or even who we are. My area of focus centers around these subjects, as well as womens issues, and I enjoy working with all ages.
My long clients have described me as “easy to talk to” and “really listens and cares.”
