My approach is informed by my own experiences with trauma, including navigating the complexities of religious trauma, childhood trauma, and the profound isolation that can accompany those struggles. I understand how challenging it can be to untangle past wounds and reclaim your sense of self. Things can get better, and I’m here to walk alongside you in your journey with a warm, compassionate approach. We will unravel your story so far and lay groundwork for a happier life ahead.
I have additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for treating CPTSD and PTSD using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together, we’ll explore your trauma story, identify harmful patterns, and focus on what you need to heal. We can use this approach for many other issues not related to trauma. For those interested, I also offer an art station as a creative outlet to support your journey.
I am a native of Russellville, Arkansas and have lived in NWA since 2017. I have a herd of rescue animals, and a rescue husband, who has been doing life with me since 2013. I dabble a little in just about every hobby out there, but I really love expressing myself creatively and moments when I can connect with nature or friends.
