Lindsey McFadin is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at AR Wellness and Counseling Services. She is completing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her academic foundation also includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology, which she earned from the University of Central Arkansas in 2016. Having grown up in central Arkansas, Lindsey is passionate about giving back to her community through compassionate and client-centered care.
Lindsey provides counseling services for individuals aged 17 and older. She uses evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy while also incorporating other therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of her clients. Her adaptable and empathetic counseling style ensures that each client feels supported and understood.
Her areas of focus include working with clients experiencing attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety, autism spectrum and sensory-related issues, personality disorders, and bipolar disorder. Additionally, Lindsey offers counseling services for couples, families, and individuals navigating relational challenges, goals, helping them improve communication, and strengthen their connections.
Lindsey is dedicated to providing a safe and nonjudgmental environment for her clients to explore their concerns and achieve their goals. She is passionate about fostering personal growth and empowering clients to enhance their overall well-being.
