Grace’s variety of life experiences have helped her to have compassion and empathy for those who are hurting. She believes that human connection and the ability to build a strong therapeutic bond are the heart of a successful counseling experience. Grace believes that every person has a purpose so her treatment philosophy is to create a safe space for her clients to heal as they pursue their purpose while improving their quality of life and relationships.
Grace has been married to her husband, Jacob, since 2016. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her three beloved dogs.

Grace Taylor is a licensed professional counselor and licensed school counselor who sees clients in our North Little Rock office or via Telehealth. She has extensive experience working with children and adolescents providing school-based mental health services throughout central Arkansas. Aside from providing services at Arkansas Counseling and Wellness, Grace also works as a school-based mental health therapist giving back to the small-town community that she feels made a large impact on who she is today. She incorporates several counseling theories and methods such as experiential, cognitive-behavioral, and person-centered approaches to treat a variety of issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, anger, and trauma-related issues.
A quote that Grace tries to live her life by is “being the person that you needed when you were younger,” so her work is mainly children and adolescent focused, but she is also willing to provide adults as individuals with counseling services.

Grace is currently in the process of becoming trained in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and earning her RYT 200 certification (Registered Yoga Teacher-200 Hour)
